Membership Subscription

By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Turbo Tide Car Wash to automatically charge your payment method each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through our website’s cancellation form, with at least seven days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.

Text Messaging (SMS) Programs

Turbo Tide Car Wash operates two separate text messaging programs. Each requires its own opt-in, and consent to one does not constitute consent to the other. Replying STOP to a message stops only the program that sent it; to stop both, reply STOP to a message from each program. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or membership.

Account and Customer Care Messaging

This is a two-way customer-care and account-notification program. It is not a marketing or promotional program.

1. Program description. Turbo Tide Car Wash sends SMS to customers who have opted in, including replies to customer-initiated conversations and account notifications such as membership updates, billing alerts, rewards notifications, and service reminders. Message frequency varies. Messages are delivered on our behalf by our customer-messaging provider, Tether (Fluid Dynamics LLC).
2. How you opt in. Consent is obtained when (1) you enter your mobile number and check a consent box (unchecked by default) in the webchat widget on turbotidecarwash.com, or (2) you text our business number first, which constitutes consent to receive replies in that conversation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
4. Opt-out and help. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT) at any time to stop all messages from this program; you will receive a confirmation. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact us at info@turbotidecarwash.com.
5. Privacy. We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at turbotidecarwash.com/privacy.
6. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Marketing Text Program

This is the optional marketing and promotional text messaging program operated by Turbo Tide Car Wash and delivered on our behalf by our messaging provider, Pocket Social (North Shore 3000 LLC). It is separate from our customer-care messaging and requires its own opt-in.

1. Program description. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Turbo Tide Car Wash, including offers, promotions, rewards, and news about our services. You may receive up to 6 marketing messages per month.
2. How you opt in. Consent is obtained when you check the marketing consent box (unchecked by default) and provide your mobile number at our point-of-sale kiosk during checkout or membership signup. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or membership. To opt back in after opting out, simply sign up again as you did the first time.
3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
4. Opt-out and help. Reply STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT) at any time to stop all messages from this program; you will receive a confirmation. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or contact us at info@turbotidecarwash.com.

Email Communications

You may also opt in to receive email communications related to your membership. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email.

Membership Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties.

Changes and Cancellations

Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information. Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Turbo Tide Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.

General Membership Terms

Membership is valid for one vehicle only and may be used during normal business hours. Family or fleet plans may be available at participating sites and are subject to location-specific terms. We reserve the right to close or modify operating hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, special events, or other circumstances. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
